It's a classic question to ask the question, "Do you come here often?" If on the other hand, you're attempting to get this woman riveted in you right from the start these are the types of questions you should be avoiding. Any question that needs a yes or no answer is going to create a silence. That silence will expand into something that needs to be broken with another uncommunicative question.
With a question as bad as that one you'll be very lucky if she even bothers answering. You might even get a dirty look as she turns her back on you.
The supreme beginning to any communication is an open ended question, one that creates more opportunities from its answer. Instead of beginning your question with a do, start your question with where, what or how. This forces your future date to answer the question with a proper answer as an alternative to yes or no. This can then create another question if the answer gives you that opportunity.
Instead of using the do you come here often line, you can use something else.
If you can see the woman isn't enjoying herself as much as she could be, you can ask, "how often do you come to this dump?" If she really is bored, not only have you asked an open ended question but you've shown you're paying attention, and know exactly what's going through her mind. This type of question also puts a bit of humor into the conversation right away.
If you're beginning to get on with her you can propose a better place for your first date.
Once you start speaking with women on a regular basis you will learn naturally what type of open ended questions get you a better response, and what questions need to be avoided. If you have your questions in your head before you start chatting you can have the next questions ready for the variety answers you get.
Speaking to a woman could take some practice if don't do it every day. It can be difficult occasionally especially if you have the outcome on your mind before you begin speaking.
The more experience you get the better you will become, and the questions will sound a lot more natural. This stops them looking like you're struggling for questions just to create a conversation.
Most women will get chatted up by men every time they go out, especially if they look beautiful. Learn to read what the woman needs in her conversation. Have a different approach to what 90% of men do when they just try to impress her. Show an interest in her, and chat about the topics she likes to speak about. This is something you'll understand more as you go along, but the more you go out of your way to practice these things the more success you'll have.
