According to the head coach Turner, Rivers is doing a little bit more every other practice and it is Turner's goal to have him ready for the opening game.

The 2008 season is expected to be a great one for the San Diego Chargers as the team keeps improving and learning from their past experiences while key players recover from their injuries and become whole to once again deliver maximum efficiency as they did in the past.
