The sweet solution.
The eternal natural symbiosis.
... - that's what the old 'cocky' (outback farmer) meant when he said:
'Yep - sure kills two birds with one stone'
So instead of getting caught up in the fury over fingerprint door locks, think now about fingerprint time clocks because they are the perfect two-in-one solution.
What is it?
The AC900 Fingerprint Access Control unit is a high-tech mini-computer with two main functions:
1. Unlock and lock a door
2. Record who went in and when
So now your valued employee doesn't need a key because you've registered his fingerprints.
And now you don't have to ask him to bundy on (clock on) because if he went in the door - he clocked!
And he wasn't buddy clocked (clocked on by a mate using his time card) because he needed his fingerprint to get in.
Now you see why I'm excited by the crimson simplicity of this solution. Eliminate the need for keys and changing locks if employees can't be trusted, just de-register their fingerprint. Eliminate having to chase up employees that 'forgot' to clock on - or were afraid to because they were nicking company time.
The included software means you get full and diverse reporting capacity on your employee times and attendance. No more ribbons, messy ink systems or chewed up time cards! It's all digital, using tried and tested technology and high quality multi-variant fingerprint scanners. It's easier to clock on than try and trick these scanners which test for various attempts at fingerprint reproduction. Even unwanted entrants will fail if trying to fool this industry strength high security level fingerprint.
Can I use it?
The technologically challenged will be happy to hear that the AC900 timeclock is no more complex than any other time clock, and nor is the fingerprint door lock utility in it any more complex than the best biometric door locks. The above page link has access to both the software and unit manuals and specifications so you can fairly try-before-you-buy when it comes to seeing the simplicity of this unit.
Security quality?
I recommend only buying from a licensed security apparatus installer (like my Dad!). Some backyarders don't even know they need to be licensed under Australian regulation to advise on, sell and install this sort of gear! So don't just go anywhere.
With security, the cheapest isn't always the best! Due to a proliferation of internet importers all sorts of 'fingerprint locks' are available for sale on the internet, however if these are imported by importers and not security people let alone Biometric security agents then you are putting your safety in the hands of dangerous amateurs.
The FingerAccess.com.au team are fully accredited and have personally tested every model the sell. Their advice is clear and simple and they are happy to answer any concerns you have about biometric security - after all, they're qualified to do so!
Think symbiosis.
Think time clocking and entry control.
Think ACCESS CONTROL!
