After using the Netflix rental system ,I wanted to share what I thought about it and give the Netflix phone number,Netflix service number and a Netflix review for others interested .
Excitement rushing through me caused me to call the Netflix phone number to see how long I had to wait. Since it was busy, I found the Netflix service number and got a hold of a really nice customer agent.
The massive momentum the company has is clear. I have had it recommended to me by many of my friends.
Subscribe for the 14 day free trail and they will let you select your movies you want to see and send them to you 1-2 at a time in an envelope. When your finished watching you mail them back in the envelope they came in.
You send back the dvd ,after watching it , and they send you another one off of your list you have selected.
Almost every movie made is available for you to choose from, the list is enormous.
Renting movies from the store is a real waste of time. I like the convenience of not having to go to the store, the service really pays for itself, bigtime.
When you need to speak to a live customer support person, I found where the Netflix phone number is.
They have great specials and if you click on the special offer link on the site it will take you over and show you the special offer of the day.
For access to a steady stream of movies , with about a day for them to mail it to you and a day for you to mail it back. On my list I have a huge selection of titles that you just cant find anywhere, at any of the video stores.
I know that Google is entertaining the idea of doing the same marketing plan and see if they can tap into this huge and highly successful venture.
Some problem's exist when you return your movies too soon and they will not send you back the new one's as fast. The term throttling is what it's called. So far it is not a problem for me ,cause I cant watch more than one or two movies a night, even when some of my friends go thru 8-10 a week.
Checking my mail every day is exciting, to see if I have any new one's. The system is fantastic by using the postal service to mail us our dvd's, very clever.
Renting movies from Netflix is way cheaper than going to the video store and super simple too. Only one dvd came to me with a scratch on it and was replaced immediately.
When you want to talk to a real person it's nice to have the Netflix phone number. I have it listed on my blog for everyone.
